Back to Where we play

Why we keep an account at each room, and what we use it for

A 4 minute read · Updated 31 October 2026

We keep an account on Basepoker and on WePlay, and we use them for different evenings. Neither is a second choice. Here is what each one gives you, in its own words and ours, and how the two fit into a week of poker.

WePlay: the tournaments, and the Monday

WePlay is where our tournament evenings happen. Its schedule carries $76,325 in guaranteed prize pools a week: the Daily Grind, the Bounty Blitz, the Daily Turbo and the Rebuy Rush every day, the Eliminator on Tuesday ($44, $5,000), the MidStage Rush on Wednesday ($22, $3,000), the Predator on Thursday ($33, $4,000) and the Sunday Showdown ($55, $10,000), with a $66 Monthly Mystery for $15,000 once a month. Every guarantee is paid whether the field fills or not. In the regular tournaments you can re-enter while late registration is open, and there are no add-ons.

Ticket satellites run every day from $1.10, and ticket freerolls that cost nothing to enter feed them, so there is a way into the main tournaments that starts at zero. Between tournaments there are Spins, three-player games that take minutes, and cash games that are lively even at small stakes; we have played NL20 tables full of action.

Then there is the Monday. WePlay pays 30% of the rake you generated straight into your balance every Monday, with nothing to switch on and nothing to claim. The cashier is crypto only, USDT on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain or Tron from $10, withdrawals have no minimum, and new players get 200% up to $600 on a first deposit of $50 or more, released as they play. There is a casino and a sportsbook under the same account, and it runs in the browser or in the app. The long version is our WePlay review.

Basepoker: the cash games, the quick games and the club

Basepoker is where we sit down for cash. It runs Hold'em and Pot-Limit Omaha cash games, Spin & Cash from $0.25 to $200 with top prizes from $5,000 to $400,000, All In or Fold, and tournaments, all in the browser on a computer or a phone. It is also where our own club lives: Crypto Poker Network, club ID 881146, with private cash games and tournaments for the players of our sites, open to everyone with a Basepoker account.

You can start with a deposit of $1 in USDT, USDC, SOL, BTC, ETH, BCH, BNB, TON or LTC, and from 4 November 2026 every deposit is swapped into USDT so you play in dollar stakes whatever you sent. Rakeback is 32% on poker, credited as you play and claimed whenever you like, with ranks that pay more the more you play, up to 80% at the top. The welcome bonus is 100% up to $2,000 on $20 or more, unlocked as you play over 60 days. Withdrawals go out from $10 with no fee beyond the network cost, and there is a casino under the same account. The long version is our Basepoker review.

How a week looks for us

  • Most evenings: the Daily Grind or the Bounty Blitz on WePlay, and the Rebuy Rush when we want a cheap long night.
  • Sunday: the Showdown on WePlay, often through the $5.50 satellite in the afternoon.
  • Cash sessions: Hold'em or Pot-Limit Omaha on Basepoker, at the stake the bankroll allows.
  • Club nights: our own games on Basepoker, posted in our Telegram group.
  • Twenty minutes to spare: Spins on WePlay or Spin & Cash on Basepoker.
  • Monday morning: the rakeback lands on WePlay; on Basepoker it has been arriving all week.

Starting on both

Every room here runs on USDT, so the same coin from the same exchange works at each: $10 opens WePlay and $1 opens Basepoker. The two welcome bonuses are separate decisions, each made before the first deposit at that room, and each is worth exactly as much as you will play in its period. Our Start here guide is the order to do things in, and poker with USDT covers the networks. If you want to know where a particular game runs, Find your game says so in one line each.

Questions

Do I have to choose one room?

No. We keep an account on both. WePlay is where we play the tournaments with guaranteed prize pools, Basepoker is where we play cash games and our club games. The minimums are $10 and $1, so having both costs little.

Where are the tournaments with guaranteed prize pools?

On WePlay, every day: the Daily Grind, the Bounty Blitz, the Daily Turbo and the Rebuy Rush, plus the Eliminator on Tuesday, the MidStage Rush on Wednesday, the Predator on Thursday and the $10,000 Sunday Showdown. $76,325 in guarantees a week.

Where can I play Pot-Limit Omaha?

Basepoker runs Pot-Limit Omaha cash games, alongside Hold'em, Spin & Cash and All In or Fold.

Can I use the same USDT at every room?

Yes. They all take USDT; Basepoker also takes eight other coins and swaps them into USDT. Pick the network in the cashier first and choose the same one in your exchange when you send.
