Ripple releases 1 billion XRP from escrow for November
Ripple released 1 billion XRP from escrow just after midnight UTC on 1 November, in two transfers of 500 million XRP each. By midday UTC none of it had been locked back into new escrow contracts, and about 30.4 billion XRP remained in escrow. In September and October Ripple put 700 million XRP of each release back into escrow.
